Project Manager with information technology experience to lead projects.

The position has the capacity to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Overall planning, coordination and governance of the Projects;

• Oversee the application validation and testing and the development of solutions for application and peripheral compatibility issues;

• Oversee the procurement and financial tracking;

• Provide communications to the partners, stakeholders and users during the project;

• Manage, schedule, and coordinate all aspects of the project over the entire project life.

• Support a cross-functional project team that may consist of both management & non-management individuals

• Lead project implementation, project planning, project management, coordination, change management & transition, and communications;

• Monitor and report project progress 

• Lead, direct and manage project staff to ensure the effective use of HR resources

Mandatory Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent;

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience driving project management 

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in managing large scale IT software or infrastructure projects

• Experience in organizational change management

• Experience working in a healthcare and/or research environment an asset.
