Quality, safety, precision, and efficiency.  Looking for a leader to ensure operations operations meet expectations for all these company values.  Will lead a group of skilled machine builders and logistics personnel in delivering custom machinery to clients on time with exceptional quality.  

Target salary:  $90K to $100K

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering in development stage
• Instrumental in implementing project manufacturing process
• Schedule materials and personnel to assure OTD
• Maintain and develop new supplier relationships
• Continuous improvement and optimization of manufacturing process

Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred along with experience in custom manufacturing.  Proven leadership and communication skills and team development experience is a key to success.
