Accounting Clerk

 

Pay: $20/hr 

Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more!

Shift: 1st Shift (8AM to 4:30 PM)

Location: Bethel, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk:

• Managing weekly check runs and send out checks for bills to be paid
• Handle invoicing customers and posting payments for accounts
• Follow up on overdue accounts and setting up payments plans 
• Acting as a backup for payroll as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Accounting Clerk:

• 3+ years experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable 
• Degree or Certification in Accounting preferred
• Our client is looking for someone who is outgoing, friendly, able to work independently, and someone who is a go-getter
