Express Employment Professionals are looking for a professional Customer Service Representative for a small Culinary warehouse.

 

Pay rate Starting at $18/hr

Schedule Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-1pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

•    Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
•    Resolve customer complaints and issues related to damages, order discrepancies, and other customer concerns
•    Follow up with customers on outstanding orders and provide updates on order status
•    Communicate with sales teams and other internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
•    Update customer records and track orders to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues
•    Identify and report on recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements to management
•    Collaborate with other CSRs and teams to ensure seamless customer service and support

Qualifications:

•    1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
•    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
•    Detail-oriented and organized with strong attention to detail
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
•    Strong computer skills and experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Positive attitude and strong work ethic
•    High school diploma or equivalent required
