Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Salary: $20.00

Our client, located in the East End, is currently looking for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join their team.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position
•  Previous experience operating a forklift
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• MUST be comfortable working in a hot environment
• Ability to work independently/in a team
• Ability to listen to instructions 

Assets:

• Knowledge of wood or hardware
• Bilingualism 

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Picking and packing orders
• Using in-house system to ship out orders
• Operating an electric counter-balance forklift to move goods throughout the warehouse once certified to do so
• Receiving product and entering it into system
• General housekeeping
• Lifting up to 50lbs
• Other duties as assigned

 

The wage for this position starts at $20.00 per hour.

Regular hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
