Part Time Accounts Receivable Clerk

Salary: $22-24/HR

Responsibilities:

• Will handle all accounts receivable, billing, and incoming invoices.
• Will be assisting in managing 5 other properties with setting up repairs and ordering supplies.
• Will be assisting with scheduling services, receiving invoices/payments, and reaching out to clients with any payment issues or updates.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of accounts receivable experience
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus! Must have basic computer software knowledge and be proficient with Excel.
• Must have a good phone etiquette and good communication skills
• Must work well independently, have the ability to follow strict confidentiality rules.

 

Schedule:

Monday-Friday/9AM to 2PM

Pay: $22/HR
