Direct Hire - Junior Agricultural Service Technician

Located in McCook, NE

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting Junior Service Technicians to join an agricultural company with locations in several smaller towns throughout Nebraska. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong mechanical aptitude and feel at home in a tight-knit team. Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair a variety of agricultural equipment including tractors and combines
• Customer-first mentality with the ability to find solutions to outstanding issues or concerns
• Attend trainings, seminars, and other educational events to continue expanding knowledge and skillset
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in a mechanical role required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills

Schedule/Pay:

• This is a day shift opportunity
• Competitive pay rate
• Potential for required travel within Nebraska/Kansas
