Customer Care Representative

Located in Franklin, IN

Salary: $18-$22

The Specialized Recruiting Group of Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a Southside HVAC company located in Franklin!

 

Job Summary/Company Information: 

• This individual will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers and clients
• Utilize company software to maintain a customer data base with accurate and current information and scheduling of appointments with technicians
• Performing outbound calls to customers and perform upselling responsibilities when necessary
• Obtaining a positive and growth focused mentality to help grow the business

 Pay/Benefits:

• $18-$22/hr based on experience
• Evaluation and Direct Hire option
• Health insurance, PTO, IRA with company match

Schedule:

• Mon-Fri with weekend availability and open availability from 7:00am-7:00pm

Requirements:

• High level customer service
• Looking for longevity in previous roles
• Dispatch experience a huge plus!
• Go- getter mentality and ambitious individuals
• High attention to detail and good organization skills
• Availability to be on call occasionally
• Good computer skills specifically in Microsoft Office
• Must have positive attitude and reliable
