Customer Service Representative needed for a company in Santa Clarita!

Duties:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries regarding product availability, order status, shipping details, etc.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our inventory management system.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries. Generate reports as needed to track customer feedback, trends, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidentiality. 

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm 

Pay Rate: $18-$20 

Dress Code: Business Casual
