Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local medical supply company and we are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their team.  This company has been in business for over 50 years and they are dedicated to providing exceptional customer care and compassion to those they serve.  If you have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you! 

 

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm  

Wage: $17/hr

Job duties: 

• Assist customers with selecting their medical equipment and supplies 
• Provide training to customers on proper usage of their medical equipment 
• Educate customer sabout insurance coverage for medical equipment and supplies 
• Process insurance paperwork for customers purchases 
• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone 
• Check in frieght and fill customer orders (no heavy lifting) 

 

 

Qualifications: 

• 1 year of previous customer service experience required 
• Prior Office/Clerical experience preferred 
• A friendly and welcoming attitude 
• Must be able to multi-task and respond quickly to customer requests 
• Knowledge of insurance and Medicare are helpful
