Express is looking for a electrical a master of the mystical arts of electromechanical equipment! For a business in Cowlitz County. 

Responsibilities:

• Unleash your powers to rewind various kinds of electromechanical equipment, breathing new life into machines once thought beyond repair.
• Embark on epic quests to dismantle and strip damaged or unserviceable electromechanical equipment, wielding your tools like a warrior in battle, and employing media blasting to reveal hidden secrets.
• Harness the power of your keen eye to inspect various kinds of electromechanical equipment, seeking out winding damage and uncovering evidence of electrical malfunctions like a detective on a thrilling case.
• Chronicle your adventures by documenting and recording all relevant data specific to unit’s electromagnetic characteristics, operating conditions, existing damage, or intended serviceability, ensuring that the tales of your triumphs are remembered for ages to come.
• Prepare for battle by readying all reusable parts for rewinding and embarking on quests to inspect renewed parts for hidden, structural damage or unusual conditions, ensuring that no foe escapes your vigilant gaze.
• Display your unparalleled skill by stripping stator or apparatus without damage to core or iron, demonstrating the finesse of a master craftsman.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Channel your experience in rewinding AC and DC electric motors, showcasing your mastery of the arcane arts of electromechanical rejuvenation.
• Utilize your prior practice in winding fields, armatures, and synchronous rotor poles to navigate the most treacherous of electrical landscapes.
• Summon the powers of basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, including understanding fractions, to conquer any numerical challenge.
• Translate the ancient scrolls of simple to moderately complex written and verbal instructions into actionable spells of productivity and efficiency.
• Absorb and retain the knowledge of various job-related training, operational, and safety procedures, forging an impenetrable shield of wisdom against the forces of chaos.
• Command the forces of VPI with confidence and precision, wielding this arcane ritual to imbue equipment with unparalleled strength and resilience.
• Exercise your initiative, judgment, and decision-making skills to navigate the enchanted realms of routine duties within set company standards, proving yourself a true hero of the electrical realm.
• Take command of machinery and hoists with the finesse of a seasoned commander, leading your forces into battle with grace and precision.

Physical Requirements:

• Embrace your inner warrior by standing, stooping, kneeling, and bending for prolonged periods of time, demonstrating the resilience of a true hero in the face of adversity.
• Harness the strength of giants as you lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 lbs, proving yourself worthy of the title of Electromechanical Wizard.

Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Pay: $30 - $35 per hour
