Salary: $50,000-$60,000

Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a “Operations Manager” for a local Flathead Valley company! 
 
Work schedule; Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (weekends as needed)

 
Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the wellness center 
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, training, and performance evaluations of personnel 
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and ordering of supplies 
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards 
  • Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience 
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive business growth and increase revenue 
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and assist with budget planning 
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategic business plans and initiatives

Requirements: 

  • Having a passion/interest in health & wellness is a must 
  • Previous experience in the wellness industry is strongly preferred 
  • Previous experience in operations management or related field 
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage a team 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities 
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
