Schedule: 6:00AM -2:30PM 

Quality Inspection Technician Responsibilities:

• Measure the quality of parts and components to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Support root cause and countermeasure investigations for defects encountered during assembly operations or in the field
• Assist in new product introduction and supplier qualification activities through the company's Production Part Approval Process
• Conduct inspections at First Article to verify conformity to requirements
• Utilize inspection tools and equipment accurately to measure or inspect parts for compliance
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate inspections and measurements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed

Quality Inspection Technician Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in inspection
• Background in machining preferred
• Ability to inspect various types of parts, both large and small
• Experience with First Article inspections
• Proficiency in utilizing inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, micro-vu scopes, scales, fixtures, gauges, microscopes, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
