1st Shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM

2nd Shift: 2:00PM-10:30PM

Batch Mixer Responsibilities:

• Fill containers according to instructions outlined in related ISO documents
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately, including batch tickets
• Operate various equipment such as mixers, pumps, forklifts, and pallet jacks
• Clean and maintain equipment, including mixers, pumps, and tanks, using solvent blend
• Transfer hazardous wastes (filters, rags, scrap paint, and solvents) to the satellite hazardous waste area as needed
• Follow quality control procedures and obtain sample approvals for batches
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times

Batch Mixer Requirements:

• Previous experience in batch mixing or related manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to operate relevant equipment including mixers, pumps with filters, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual drum moving equipment
• Understanding of ISO documents and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to fill containers to required specifications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• High school education or GED
