NOW HIRING - BILINGUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WITH OPEN TICKET/OPEN INVOICE

 

PAY: $16 

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Job Duties:

• Filing, transcribing, emailing, copying and other administrative tasks
• Send invoice through Open Invoice 
• Use Open Ticket to generate, review and approve field tickets

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years Open Invoice
• 1+ years Open Ticket
• 1+ year Administrative Experience
• Speak, read and write both English and Spanish
