Express Employment Professionals is looking for Accounting Office Manager!

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience as an oilfield accounting/HR Manager.

This will be a Direct Hire Opportunity.

Pay: $100K-$110K DOE 

Shift: Monday through Wednesday, 8am to 5pm  

 Job Duties include:

•         Needs to be able to use Quickbooks proficiently.

•         Must have Open Invoice skills.

•         Accounts receivable and payables proficient. 

•         Onboarding new employees into our HR payroll module.

•         Understand and assist with our timekeeping process.

•         General assistance with computing and keeping employee commissions correctly.

•         Supervising one office staff to keep invoicing up to date and mistake free.

•         Keeping job ticket ledgers up to date and accurate.

•         Answering client requests and helping with commercial insurance for customers

•         Helping with Employee health insurance enrollment and keeping things up to date.

•         Familiar with employee drug testing portals and keeping data up to date.

•         Vehicle and trailer registration

•         New customer processing and MSA preparation for President’s execution

•         COI requests

•         Keeping W-9s up to date

•         Verifying and mailing out W-2’s on time
