As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing transportation operations. Your ability to analyze data, communicate effectively, and ensure timely delivery will contribute to the overall success business operations.

Duties:
- Receive and analyze transportation requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with drivers and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Assist customers to their towed vehicle
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
- Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities
- Assist with some billing
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional phone etiquette

Experience:
- Previous experience administration or customer service (dispatching experience is preferred)
- Familiarity with logistics operations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
