Salary: $20-$35 DOE

We're hiring a Full-time Industrial Facility Maintenance Technician for our Foods Manufacturing Plant in Austin, TX. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and structures within the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and structures according to specifications and blueprints.
• Conduct visual inspections and testing of machinery using appropriate equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, including lubrication and setup changes.
• Comfortable working on older machinery and automation machinery 
• Address machinery repairs promptly as per work orders.
• Adhere to all Company regulations and safety protocols.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Vocational trade school or 2 to 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency with shop tools and equipment.
• Strong math, reading, and computer skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic welding skills preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to travel throughout production areas and maneuver in confined spaces.
• Exposure to various environments within the office and factory settings.
• Capability to handle occasional heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs.).
• Flexibility to work varying hours based on operational needs.
• Occasional work at heights may be required.
