 We are seeking an experienced Facilities Technician with a background in industrial maintenance and manufacturing. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our facilities and production equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, aligning with our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including preventive maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs, as well as installations and troubleshooting of production and facilities equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Read and comprehend technical documents related to equipment operation and maintenance.
• Demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving, understanding industrial EHS requirements, participating in risk/hazard mitigation efforts, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards in the work environment.
• Operate lifts, forklifts, and other equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all EHS policies and requirements.
• Utilize basic computer skills to access and update information in the company's ERP system.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Desired Background and Skill Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is advantageous.
• Experience with SyteLine ERP systems or similar software is a plus.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
