Estimator- Plumbing/HVAC

• Full Time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
• Compensation: $90,000-$100,000/year

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors & vendors
• Communicate with Project Mangers
• Turnover meetings with Project Manager when awarded a project
• Use of Quickpen Computer Estimating
• Must have knowledge of Plumbing & HVAC
• Familiar with Industrial, Institutional, Municipal & Commercial Construction
• Understanding of all safety requirements, scheduling & bid forms
• Ability to meet deadlines
