Grounds Keeper

Located in Lakeville, MN

Salary: $18-20/hr DOE

Express Employment Professionals is seeking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have experience using riding lawnmowers, performing repairs and maintenance on equipment utilized in grounds keeping, raking, mulching, and pruning as needed to maintain the grounds. We’re looking for energetic, independent, initiative individuals who have good judgement skills.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Blowing leaves from landscaping
• Blowing leaves and clippings and removing them from the grounds
• Clean up leaves, sticks, and garbage
• Mowing lawns
• Picking and pulling weeds from landscaping

Equipment:

• Riding lawn mower
• Backpack leaf blower
• Weed whipper
• Lawn tools

Environmental Conditions:

• This position primarily involves outdoor work in all types of weather.
• Must remain alert to potential hazards associated with equipment operated in their work area.

Requirements:

·         Must be able to lift 80lbs. Bending, stooping, kneeling.

·         Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7AM – 5PM
