Spanish Speaking Inside Sales Representative

Located in Olympia, WA

Salary: $20-$25/hr DOE

Express is now hiring for an Spanish Speaking Inside Sales Rep for a landscaping company based out of Tumwater, WA. This is an evaluation-permanent opportunity. The schedule will be full-time, Monday-Friday, day shift. The compensation for this position will start at $20-25/hr DOE. After your evaluation period, you will move to a commission based compensation schedule where you'll earn $60,000+. This company offers a benefits package to include Medical and Dental or a bonus paid to you if you don't partake in the medical offerings, as well as a retirement plan with a company match. 

 

Job Duties: Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for working directly with retail, contractor, and dealer customers; providing them all with exceptional customer service. As a customer facing part of the company, they must be service-oriented as well as have a knowledgeable grasp of the entire product line. Additionally, sales reps must be able to process sales invoices and arrange deliveries for dispatch. 

• Welcome walk-in customers
• Answer incoming calls regarding product, billing, or service
• Become an expert on our various products to help educate customers and help with decision making choices.
• Calculate square footage using information given and estimation tools available.
• Communicate dispatch for deliveries; help route the delivery schedule.
• Maintain customer relations including occasional meetings with customers in the field
• Learn and use Business Works accounting system to create invoices etc
• Communicate with customers in Spanish.

 

Job Requirements:

• Bi-lingual Spanish Speaking required
• This position requires the following character traits and skills: square footage calculations, memorization of product lines & families, installation knowledge, invoicing and payment collection, organizational skills, self-motivated and excellent customer service
