Express Employment Professionals is hiring immediately for an account representative for a full time, permanent position with an IT company in Yuba City. The account representative will be responsible for following up on customer leads, handling client correspondence, setting appointments, and providing excellent customer service.
Account Representative Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts and prospective clients
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and promote products or services
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or website inquiries
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business development
- Update customer information and interactions in the database
Account Representative Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or inside sales
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Strong business development mindset, with the ability to identify new opportunities in the market
- Knowledge of IT or computer operations is a plus
- Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
