Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in both English and Spanish
• Monitor participant activities and ensure compliance with program guidelines
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendars
• Review and update student files to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with computer applications (MS Office, databases, etc.)
• Customer service experience preferred

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
