Salary: $28-$35/HR

Position: Diesel Mechanic

Pay Range: $28-35/HR DOE

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on all systems of Class 8 Tractors and Trailers, covering engines, electrical components, brakes, and suspension.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on all equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders (coworkers and drivers) and external customers (manufacturers/dealers).
• Utilize welding and fabrication skills when necessary to enhance and customize equipment.

Requirements:

• Must possess brake certification and qualifications for DOT inspections.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, familiarity with VRMS Codes, and hold brake certification.
• Display a desire to grow within the company and a willingness to learn multiple aspects of the business.
• Background and drug tests are required.
