Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization as you will contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Utilize schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve problems
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including logic controllers, is highly desirable
- Ability to fabricate or modify parts using various tools and equipment
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and analytically
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to supervise contractors effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and other departments
