Our client is expanding operations, and we are excited to share that we are actively seeking the first North American Market Manager to lead sales efforts and maintain existing accounts. The business is within the Fire Safety and Suppression industry. Target customers often include commercial construction firms, real estate developers and architectural firms.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Market Manager for North America are critical to our success, encompassing Market strategy development, Sales enablement, In-depth analysis, and proactive interactions with various teams. These activities should directly contribute to our mission of providing best in class fire safety solutions and achieving significant market growth in North America.

 

 

Market:

- Develop and implement regional market strategies that align with company goals.

- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities in North America.

- Tailor marketing efforts to regional preferences and requirements.

 

 

Sales Enablement:

- Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, information, and strategies to effectively sell and promote products.

- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to support sales growth.

- Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and market insights.

 

Analysis:

- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand trends, competition, and customer needs.

- Analyze sales performance and market feedback to refine strategies.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives.

 

Accountabilities:

- Accountable for achieving long-term sales performance in North America.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

- Deep understanding of the installation codes and customer values, EN regulatory requirements and feature specs, system specifications and product specifications.

- Understanding of trends and opportunities to support the business product planning efforts.

 

Interactions:

- Collaborate with the product management team to align product offerings with market needs.

- Work closely in the marketing department to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.

- Interface with cross-functional teams, including Technical, Operations, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to market management.

 

 

Temporary Responsibilities

- Account management North America during the recruitment of additional sales role.
