Salary: $74,900-$93,600/year BOE

We're a premier prototyping facility in Shelby Township, MI, looking for an experienced Robotics Programmer to elevate our automation capabilities. As our lead technician specializing in programming FANUC robots, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth production runs and meeting client expectations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Program all production robots, primarily FANUC with occasional ABB.
• Help with short-run/prototype production during downtime (rare occurrence).

 

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• 5 years' experience programming industrial robots.
• Knowledge of FANUC control systems (required), knowledge of ABB robots is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

 

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate's degree in automation or equivalent experience.
• FANUC certifications (highly preferred).

 

This is a 1st shift opportunity with hours of 6:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday AND a half day of OT on Saturdays during busy times. Approxomately 44 hours per week.
