Customer Service Representative

Located in East Taunton, MA

Salary: $18 per hour

One of our clients in East Taunton has an immediate need for multiple Customer Service Associates to answer inquiries and handle data entry and other administrative tasks. Requires previous customer service and office experience, and proficiency with common business software. You will be working in a busy office, handling high volume calls and in-person inquiries. Experience with dispatch and billing is a plus.

Hours: Full time, Monday through Friday / 8:30am – 5:00pm

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities include:

· Answering phones

· Handling customer inquiries

· Resolving problems

· Data entry and processing orders

Customer Service Associate requirements include:

· 1-2 years related admin/customer service experience

· Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

· Strong accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task

· Solid written and verbal communication skills
