Loader Operator

Job Description: Join a team as a Loader Operator, where you'll play a vital role in facility operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll operate a front-end loader to move vehicles and equipment, load and unload trucks, conduct equipment maintenance, manage inventory, and assist visitors.

Position Details:

• Compensation: $20 per hour. (Based on Experience)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Positive and customer-focused demeanor
• Mechanical knowledge or automotive experience preferred
• Experience with forklift or front-end loader operation is advantageous
• Physical ability to meet job demands

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Minimum one year of consistent employment within the last two years
• High School Diploma/GED
• Physical agility to perform various tasks, including bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, and crawling
• Ability to handle objects weighing up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally over 100 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in diverse weather conditions
• Alertness to potential hazards associated with heavy equipment operation
