Our client is a One-stop shop for the metal finishing industry.
Position: 2nd Shift Supervisor (train on 1st)
7am-3:30pm ; $23-$27/hour ($48K-$55K)
DIRECT HIRE!

- Supervise Contract Shop employees in Blasting, Continuous Flow Vibratory, Waste Treatment, Tumbling, Shipping and Maintenance areas.
- Train employees to properly set-up and maintain equipment by providing extensive, "hands-on" training.
- Working with the Operations Manager, compose work schedule on a daily basis and coordinate accordingly to complete all jobs in the above areas
- Working with Co-Lead, monitor supplies usage in shop to assist in controlling operating costs
- Working with the Operations Manager and Technical Services, ensure the efficient implementation of new jobs.
- Inform Operations Manager of any outside contractors needed to perform any maintenance function, or repair.
- Assist in the accurate completion of Employee Annual Performance Appraisals

 

Must have manufacturing experience, at least 5 years

People Management/Operations Management

Forklift/Machine Operation experience

well rounded, mechanically inclined
