*Pay starts at is $19.00-$22.00 DOE

 

Responsibilities of an Optician:

• Design, measure, fit and adapt lenses and frames for client according to optical prescription
• Scheduling appointments
• Making minor adjustments to lenses
• Perform minor repairs to frames
• Prepare work order for optical laboratory containing instructions for grinding and mounting lenses in frames
• Sanitize and clean office spaces as needed

Requirements of an Optician:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Optician License or Certification helpful, but not mandatory
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Thrive in a fast paced office
