Express is looking for a part-time Office Assistant to work 25-35 hours per week in a local business that has been family owned and operated for over 30 years.
Schedule: 9:00am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday
Pay: $20.00/hr. or more D.O. E.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, copying, scanning, and filing
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks: A/P, A/R, month end
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding to emails, addressing inquiries, coordinating with employees
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized workplace
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Office Assistant or Administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Familiarity with basic accounts receivable and payable tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Punctual, with reliable attendance
