Our client located in McHenry, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will take consumer based calls and trouble shoot products.

 

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• 1+ years in a Customer Service role where metrics are measured
• Multi-tasking skills
• Experience troubleshooting equipment issues over the phone with customers
• Great phone presence and be customer service oriented

 

Pay: $18/hour

Hours: M-F | 8:30 am-5:00pm

 

 

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer issues by phone through troubleshooting
• Promptly and accurately handle phone calls
• Data entry
• Investigate status inquiries
