Type: Retail Associate 

Pay: $15.00-$18.00/hour

Location: Elmwood, WI 

Schedule: When you work a Saturday, you can also have a off a day during the week for the part-time role, or a Monday or Friday off for the full-time role. 

• Part-Time Retail (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 11:00am-5:00pm, Thursdays 11:00am-7:00pm and every other Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm)
• Full -Time Retail (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm, every other Saturday 8:00am-3:00pm)

 

General Summary: Embrace the Customer 1st strategy by delivering exceptional
customer service and going above and beyond to maintain a safe and clean
environment that encourages our customers to return. Strive to reach sales goals
established for the department and follow all established quality assurance standards
and procedures. This position reports to the Retail Manager.

 

Job Duties: 

•         Provide exceptional customer service at all times
•         Answer store phones, receive customer orders and resolve customer
•         Prepare customer and wholesale orders
•         Stock all store shelves, displays, coolers and freezers
•         Assist with accuracy of inventory of all store products
•         Assist with inventory and ordering of pasta salads, side dishes, spreads, cookies ,and other kitchen items
•         Serve as a backup to the Retail Order Picker position
•         Repackaging, cooking/baking, and preparing items like side dishes, dips and spreads, cookies, and other items sold in retail store
•         Keep a clean storefront area and safe working environment
•         Understand and adhere to policies and procedures pertaining to safety, shrinking, product dating and rotation, sanitation, temperature logs, and other state and federal food safety regulations
•         Complete daily check-list and other duties as assigned by the Retail Manager

 

Requirements: 

• Promote trust and respect among associates, with a positive attitude
• Effective listening skills and ability to take verbal and written instructions 
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Good work ethic and attendance
• Retail experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment 
• Complete Interview
• High School Diploma or GED
