Salary: $18/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and efficient individual to assist a dedicated team of dispatchers at a local plumbing and HVAC servicing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email management
• Check in and out with clients
• Order entry
• Updating client portals
• Follow up with subcontractors to get closeout details

Skills:

• Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using computer systems

Experience Required:

·         Previous experience in a dispatching role a plus

·         Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

Education:

·         High school diploma or equivalent is required

Schedule:

Monday- Friday, 8AM – 5PM
