Inside Sales/Customer Service

Express Employment Professionals is searching for an Inside Sales candidate for a locally owned construction company that designs, builds and installs sheds.  Ideal candidate is a go getter who is ready to hit the ground running. 

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Provide customers with product and service information to assist them in determining the appropriate merchandise to purchase.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads or outbound cold calls.
• Maintain and expand the database of assigned prospects.
• Research accounts, identify key decision makers, and generate customer interest.

Skills Required:

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
