An Edmonton client is searching for a Timekeeper to join their team.

Timekeeper Highlights:

         Complete a high volume of data entry for shop employee hours in the timekeeping system (Manusonic).

         Enter job coding information in Manusonic, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

         Collaborate with the project accounting team to resolve coding issues.

         Audit all entered shop timesheets according to company policies, procedures, and employment standards.

         Distribute timesheets and approvals for shop payroll efficiently.

         Assist with filing payroll and HR documentation in both computerized and physical filing systems.

         Set up new employees in Manusonic and Sage, tracking and locating any missing information.

         Respond to employee inquiries and assist in resolving questions or issues.

         Maintain positive communication with colleagues and management to ensure information accuracy.

         Provide reception coverage when necessary, including phone answering, visitor greeting, and office upkeep.

         Assist in planning corporate events and company charitable initiatives.

         Support various administrative, human resources, or payroll duties as assigned.

         Demonstrate alignment with the company's core values, mission, and vision.

         Participate in and support the company's health & safety program and safety targets.

         Contribute to departmental planning and goal setting as needed.

         Deliver high-quality and accurate work efficiently to maintain cost competitiveness.

         Comply with and support the improvement of the company's ISO 9001 quality management system.

         Demonstrate teamwork and problem-solving in a collaborative and professional manner.

         Maintain reliability, dependability, and a commitment to overall success.

         Experience:

         Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

         2 to 5 years of experience in high volume data entry.

         Prior experience with timesheet management is preferred.

         Payroll experience is considered an asset.

         Experience with SAGE 300 payroll software and Manusonic is an asset.

         Education and Accreditation:

         Minimum high school diploma.

         Some post-secondary education is an asset.

         Knowledge and Skills:

         Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

         Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

         Proficient in industry best practices.

         Ability to produce high-quality work under competing priorities and deadlines.

         Proficient in MS Office suite, Outlook, and Teams.

         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

         Strong time management and interpersonal skills.

         Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.

 

Timekeeper Hours

·         8:00 am – 5:00 pm – Monday to Friday
