Pay - $18/hr

Schedule - Monday - Saturday 8AM - 5PM.

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Laboratory Sample Coordinator to join our team. The Sample Coordinator will play a crucial role in our laboratory operations by accurately logging data into our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), managing sample inventory, and facilitating the smooth flow of samples for analysis by our chemists. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately log sample data into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) following established protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate the retrieval and delivery of samples to chemists for analysis according to project priorities and deadlines.
• Maintain sample inventory and storage systems, ensuring proper labeling, tracking, and storage conditions.
• Assist in the preparation and packaging of samples for shipment to external laboratories or clients as needed.
• Receive and log incoming chemicals and supplies into the LIMS, ensuring accurate documentation of quantities and lot numbers.
• Perform data entry tasks including but not limited to updating sample information, recording analysis results, and generating reports.
