Responsibilities:

Some typical tasks performed may include a combination of the following:

• Giving quotes to customers from the phone, email, and social media inquiries
• Maintaining communications with customers who have been quoted and who have active orders
• Customer Services & Sales

Qualifications: 

• 2 Years of Experience in Customer Service
• Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to comfortable stand and lift up to 25lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:00pm; (Adjusted schedule during training)
