Salary: $70,00-$80,000/year + bonus
Job Summary: This position will be responsible for running reports and conducting quantitative analyses of information, directly supporting the Director of Operational Finance, and collaborating with departments to identify ways to evaluate its performance and potential risks and opportunities.
Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
- Create queries to gather data that will be used to develop analytical and statistical models and reports
- Assist in financial analysis for strategic decisions involving all aspects of the company
- Monitor budget and forecast performance and variance and initiates corrective action
- Assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) that are critical to meeting established goals and objectives
- Assist in preparing financial reports such as collection/charge/revenue analysis, as well as any other reporting as needed
- Computes monthly provider compensation accurately and adhering to deadlines to ensure providers are paid and related reporting is delivered
- Conducts research and ad-hoc analysis to support company goals
- Supports the annual budget and periodic forecast process
Schedule & Pay:
- FULL TIME; Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm
- $70,000-$80,000/year, plus discretionary bonus based on hitting objectives
Here's What Makes YOU a Great Fit:
- B.A. in Finance or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Must have advanced MS Excel skills
- Thorough understanding of GAAP
- In depth experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
- Works well in a team environment to accomplish common tasks
- Analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis, and resolve complex problems
- Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
- Healthcare and/or multi-entity background a plus
- Drug-free; background check
