Express Employment Professionals of Longview is now seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for a local company in Kilgore, TX for 2-3 months.
Job duties include:
Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Prepare and process checks for payment
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or questions related to accounts payable
- Provide support for audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
Details:
• Must have Quickbooks and Excel experience.
• Experience handling large accounts.
• Rate of pay is depending on experience.
• The hours are M-F 8a-5p.
