Express is looking for a Contract Billing Specialist for our client in Reading, PA. This is a long term opportunity to work for a growing company!

 

Contract Billing Specialist

 

Pay: $16/hour

Shift: 1st Shift Monday through Friday (8:00 AM-5:00PM)

Location: Reading, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Contract Billing Specialist:

• Accurately entering meter reads into automated system
• Processing maintenance invoices through billing system and maintaining accuracy of queue and keeping it up to date
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding billing and generating spreadsheets for customers as needed
• Review and process expired contracts or process national account contract billing, application and reconciliation
• Helping with other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Contract Billing Specialist:

• Experience in data entry or in an office setting required
• Must be able to work with Microsoft Excel
• Strong oral and written communication skills, strong attention to details
