An Edmonton client is searching for an Admin Assistant to join their team.

Admin Assistant Highlights:

•         Length of Contract: Temporary, with potential for full-time

•         Experience Needed: Flexible, based on capabilities.

•         Software Used: MAC computers, Basecamp project management, Outlook.

•         Top 3 Responsibilities:

•         Organization

•         Administrative support to the Account Services Director

•         Coordination of office tasks and projects

•         KPIs are not formally defined but will be evaluated based on the ability to manage tasks and efficiently support the Account Services Director.

•         Mature, flexible, and calm under pressure

•         Collaborative team player.

•         Dress Code: Business casual.

•         Chance of Contract Extension or Permanent Role:

•         There is potential for the contract to be extended or made permanent based on performance.

•         The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Services Director and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects.
