Position: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Texarkana, TX

Hours: M-F, 8-5

Pay: $14-17/hour

 

Purpose: To organize and make certain all dealerships’ vendors are paid accurately and on time.

 

Job Duties:

• Interacts with vendors to verify billings.
• Responsible for ensuring all billings are accurate and paid timely.
• Responsible for keying in accounting program and linking billing in the system.
• Responsible for cleaning schedules
• Responsible for obtaining all proper signatures before releasing funds.

Qualifications:

• Computer literate; accurate with 10 keypad and typing
• Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule.
• Basic working knowledge of accounting.
• Good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Mathematical aptitude
