Express Employment Professionals of Longview is currently recruiting for an Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate opening with a Longview, TX apartment complex. This role will work independently on a variety of tasks, but also include regular communication with tenants and staff.
Responsibilities:
• Perform repairs and upgrades to keep the interior and exterior of the apartment community in great condition
• Repair various plumbing and electrical systems
• Paint and drywall repairs
• Communication with apartment tenants about repair needs
• Make apartments move-in ready
What we look for:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintenance experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to be on-call for evenings and weekends, every other week
HVAC Certification Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
