Maintenance Technician

Located in Pensacola, FL

Salary: 17.00

Job Summary: Local company is looking for a Maintenance Technician. Will be engaging in all aspects related to maintenance and repairing physical structures of building and grounds within the 160 unit complex. Plumbing, electrical carpentry, mechanical, heating and air, painting, repairs to masonry in apartments and common areas, maintain swimming pool including but not limited to chemical treatment, cleaning, filters, complete lite duty tasks; caulking changing locks, replacing screens, doors/door stops, changing filters, light bulbs, follow policies procedures.

Location: Pensacola, FL

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour

Schedule:  Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM

 

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years related apartment/multi-family industry experience
• CAMT, EPA CPO certifications preferred
