Maintenance Lead- Corning, CA

*Direct Hire position!

*Pay range is $90,000-$105,000/year

Responsibilities of Maintenance Team Leader:

Oversees maintenance activities, prioritizes tasks, and creates training programs.
Implements preventive maintenance strategies and analyzes equipment data to identify issues and plan for repairs.
Manages budget and ensures team adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Ensure the Maintenance Team maintains technical and operational knowledge for plant assets.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels, utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other software tools as required.

Requirements of Maintenance Team Leader:

10+ years experience in maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing
Experience leading and coaching maintenance teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent along with Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field, preferred. Preferred education can be substituted for some required experience
