Express Employment Professional is searching for a QC Technician / Inspector in plastics who will have core responsibilities of performing quality inspections.  This QC Technician role will be responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.  The technician will work with the team to implement quality strategies.  This role will commonly work with skilled and professional tradesman for collaboratively met deadlines.

What we look for in a QC Technician:

-Performs quality inspections, in-process samples, and finished products using various analytical techniques.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Record and analyze data using traveler’s guide.

-Responsible for Quality output for the SBD assembly process.

-Responsible for Daily SBD final audit test and documentation.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or deviations in test results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

-Daily lab testing of samples including paperwork associated with the tests.

- Proven experience working in quality control

-Testing of resin on deliveries.

- Strong knowledge of quality techniques and principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording and analyzing data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
