Salary: $17.00 to $19.00

• Developing community-based employment opportunities
• Identifying participant barriers to employment
• Identify or create employment opportunities
• Help individuals achieve employment readiness skills
• Develop employment service marketing program
• Develop new job contacts for inmate employment
• Identify employment and educational needs
• Ensuring candidates complete the employment process
• Handling labor and employment law
• Conduct at least six employer contacts each week to learn about businesses and employer
• Resolving employment crises in order to stabilize the employment situation for continuing employment
• Match job skills to applicant qualifications and employment opportunities
• Locating resources to overcome barriers to employment
• Provide direct job development services and employment support services to assist to obtain and maintain community-based employment
• Identify employment and educational needs
• Provide opportunities to support employment in the community
• Extend contingent offers of employment
